2010 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

The Port of Tauranga Limited advises that its annual results will be released to the New Zealand Exchange on Thursday 19 August 2010 at 10.30am.

Port of Tauranga Limited intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of shareholders on Tuesday 26 October 2010 in Tauranga at 1.00pm at Baycourt, Corner of Durham and Wharf Streets, Tauranga.

In terms of the NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.2, Port of Tauranga Limited advises that the nomination for Directors has opened and will remain open until 5.00pm on Friday 27 August 2010.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to Steve Gray, Chief Financial Officer, Port of Tauranga Limited, Private Bag 12504, Tauranga Mail Centre, Tauranga 3143.
