2011 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

The Port of Tauranga Limited advises that its annual results will be released to the New Zealand Exchange on Thursday 18 August 2011 at 10.30am.

Port of Tauranga Limited intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of shareholders on Thursday 27 October 2011 in Tauranga at 1.00pm at the Holy Trinity Church, Devonport Road, Tauranga.

In terms of the NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2, Port of Tauranga Limited advises that the nomination for Directors has opened and will remain open until 5.00pm on Friday 26 August 2011.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to Steve Gray, Chief Financial Officer, Port of Tauranga Limited, Private Bag 12504, Tauranga Mail Centre, Tauranga 3143.
